(Regarding Entry to the University of Basrah’s Central Graduation Ceremony)
The Central Graduation Ceremony Follow-up Committee, in coordination with stadium security, wishes to inform our esteemed guests and dear students of the entry procedures for the Sports City complex. Access gates will be designated as follows:
Gate No. 1:
Reserved for media personnel, satellite television channels, and distinguished guests, including members of the Provincial Council and official dignitaries.
Gate No. 9:
Reserved exclusively for graduating students.
Gate No. 7:
Reserved for the general public and the families of the students.
We kindly request everyone to follow these instructions and cooperate with the organizing committees and stadium security to ensure a smooth entry process and the success of the ceremony.
We wish everyone a celebration worthy of the University of Basrah and its students.
