The College of Education for Pure Sciences, through its University Follow-up Department – ​​Educational Guidance and Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Basra, organized an awareness seminar on "The Role of Time Management in Achieving Academic Success for University Students." The seminar aimed to enhance students' time management skills, raise their academic achievement levels, and develop their ability to balance academic requirements with university life. Presented by several professors, including Assistant Lecturer Ali Khalaf Mohammed from the College of Administration and Economics, Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Hodan Hamidi from the College of Education for Pure Sciences, and Assistant Lecturer Waqar Hassan Abbas from the Center for Development and Continuing Education, the seminar focused on the importance of time management in university life, mechanisms for creating daily and weekly study plans, methods for prioritizing tasks, overcoming procrastination, and effective study strategies.
